N O T I F I C A T I O N 

(GENERAL RECRUITMENT)

Applications are invited up to 5-00 p.m on 31-03-2017 in the prescribed format appended hereto for appointment to the posts of Junior Assistants (Cat-8) by direct recruitment in A.P. Judicial Ministerial Services in the Unit of District Judge, Mahaboobnagar from the eligible Candidates.

Note:-The selection and appointment of candidates against BC-E vacancy shall be subject to the result of the orders in Civil Appeal Nos.2628-2637 of 2010 on the file of Hon’ble Supreme Court. 

THE LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS : 31-03-2017 UP TO 5 P.M

The applications shall be in the prescribed proforma and shall be addressed to THE PRL.DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE, MAHABUBNAGAR. The applications shall be sent by Post/Registered Post/Courier etc. No application will be received directly and the postal cover should be superscripted with” APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR ASSISTANT”


I. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

i) One must have passed Intermediate Examination conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent examination


ii) The Candidate must have adequate knowledge of Telugu and Urdu (If candidates who have adequate knowledge of both the languages are not available, candidates who have adequate knowledge of any one of the languages may be selected).


iii) Must have knowledge or qualifications in computer operation. 


II. AGE LIMIT: - 

Must have completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed (34) Years of age as on 01-07-2017. The Relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of B.Cs. SCs, STs is 5 years. The relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of candidates of Physically Handicapped is 10 years and the Ex-Servicemen are allowed to deduct from their age a period of three years in addition to the length of service rendered by them in the Armed Forces as per Rule 12(1) (c) (i) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 


III. APPLICATION/EXAMINATION FEE 

The applications forms duly filed up in along with the necessary enclosures with a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Mahaboobnagar in favour of the Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar should be submitted to the Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar, the examination fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even in the event of application received after due to date or gets rejected due to any reason. 

The candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of Fee of Rs.200/-. 


IV. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:

(i) Written Test (Objective Type) of the Standard consistent with the General Educational Qualifications prescribed i.e., Intermediate will be held on OMR (Technology) Basis. Written Test will be for 80 Marks, and viva voce will be for 20 marks.
(ii) Minimum qualifying marks in the Written Test shall be 40% to the O.C Candidates, 35% to the BC Candidates and 30% to the SC/ST Candidates.
(iii) Interview letters will be sent to 10 Candidates only for each post in order of marks secured in the written examination from the top, for all categories according to rank of reservation.
(iv) For each post (3) names will be sent to the Hon’ble High Court, which will select one candidate from the merit list for each post.
(v) No person shall be eligible for appointment to the service by direct recruitment unless he/she satisfies the following:
(vi) That he/she is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him/her unfit for the service.
(vii) That his/her character and antecedents are such as would not disqualify for the service.
